- Ages 21+ only to consume alcohol
- Passengers under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian
- Children under 13 must wear a lifejacket; bring a parent-provided, properly fitting lifejacket for children under 5
- The driver cannot consume alcohol, and hard liquor over 15% alcohol by volume is not permitted
- A waiver is required
