- Arrive at least 20 minutes before departure if you want an on-water driving tutorial
- Bring a valid physical US driver's license, passport, or military ID
- Passengers under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian
- Children under 13 must wear a lifejacket throughout the cruise
- Children under 5 require a parent-provided, properly fitting lifejacket
- Alcohol is permitted only for passengers ages 21+; the driver may not consume alcohol
- Do not bring hard liquor over 15% alcohol by volume
- Complete the required waiver before departure
Cancellation Policy
Refunds are available only for inclement weather as determined by Retro Boat Rentals RVA. Other cancellations, including no-shows and same-day cancellations unrelated to weather, are not eligible for refunds.
