Cancellation Policy
Deposits are nonrefundable, but if you cancel at least 24 hours before start, they can be applied to a new date. Book within 48 hours of the activity and cancel within 1 hour for a full refund. If weather creates a safety concern, the operator may cancel; you can reschedule or receive a refund minus special or customized order costs.
