Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a refund minus a $10 per person fee. No refunds within 48 hours. For groups and reservations made over 30 days ahead, changes and cancellations are due 7 days before departure and incur fees. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather, mechanical failure, unsafe conditions, or insufficient reservations. Listed price excludes applicable sales tax, fees, and guide gratuities.

Bring a reusable water bottle (no plastic water bottles are provided or sold for use on public land; filtered water is available for refills). Wear weather-appropriate clothing, plan to get wet, and pack a change of clothes. Wear shoes or sandals that can get wet, and consider a sunhat, sunglasses with a strap, sunscreen, and a plastic zip-top bag to keep your phone or camera dry. You can also bring quick snacks.
