Things to know
Experienced riders only; recent bicycle experience required. Minimum height 4'6". Weight limits vary by model: up to 260 lbs on larger bikes and 200–240 lbs on smaller bikes. Children under 13 are not accommodated; riders under 18 must be with a parent or guardian. Arrive 20 minutes before start. A driver's license or ID and a signed waiver are required.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before start. Cancellations within 72 hours are subject to review and may not be refunded. If a tour is rescheduled due to weather and you confirm the new date with a guide reserved, later cancellations incur a 30% fee.
