Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before the reservation date (excludes Escape from Alcatraz): $25 administrative fee. No-shows or cancellations less than 48 hours before are not eligible for refund. Same-day bookings are not eligible for any refund. Escape From Alcatraz packages are final sales.
