Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before the reservation date for a refund minus a $25 administrative fee (excludes Escape from Alcatraz). No refunds for no-shows, cancellations within 48 hours, or same-day bookings. Escape from Alcatraz packages are final sale and nonrefundable.
