- Complete the required waiver before your tour
- Bring a child safety seat for children under 4; lap riding is not allowed. Ages 4–7 or under 4 ft 9 in need a seat or booster

- Transfer independently or with your companion; drivers and guides cannot provide lifting or transfer assistance

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour receive a full refund. No refund for later cancellations or no-shows. Full refunds are available if the operator cancels due to extreme weather or circumstances out of its control, or for documented medical or travel emergencies.
