Cancel more than 30 days ahead for a full refund less service charges: $50 for trips under $500, or $100 or 10% of trip cost, whichever is greater, for trips over $500. Cancel within 30 days for a 50% refund. If unsafe conditions prevent the trip and it cannot be rescheduled, receive a refund less service charges.
