Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 30 days before start for a full refund minus service charges ($50 for trips under $500; otherwise $100 or 10%, whichever is greater). Cancel within 30 days for a 50% refund. No refunds after the trip date. If unsafe conditions, weather, or circumstances beyond control prevent rescheduling, receive a refund minus service charges.
