- Complete your electronic waiver before check-in
- Check in at your scheduled time: 10 AM, 11:30 AM, 2 PM or 3:30 PM
- Tours are subject to local weather and sea conditions
Cancellation Policy
Cancel by 6:00 PM the day before your tour to avoid penalties. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, cancellations on site, or not completing the tour are charged in full. Severe weather cancellations are not penalized when determined by the operator.
