Things to know
A credit card authorization of at least $1,500 per bike is required as a security deposit at the time of rental. Bike collection is available 8:00am–6:30pm.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before the reservation date: refund minus a $25 administrative fee (excludes Escape from Alcatraz). No-shows or cancellations less than 48 hours before are not eligible for a refund. Same-day bookings are not eligible for any refund. Escape From Alcatraz packages are final sale.
