- Arrive 15 minutes before departure; tours depart as scheduled
- Seating is assigned during boarding and may change to balance the vessel or seat parties together
- Bring your own drinks if desired; glass containers and outside meals are not allowed onboard
- Wear boat-appropriate footwear with non-slick soles; high heels are not allowed
- Leave strollers ashore; infant car seats are allowed
- Heavy motorized wheelchairs cannot be accommodated onboard
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a refund. Tours may be canceled for unsafe weather or if fewer than six paid passengers book; you'll be notified 60–90 minutes before departure for weather cancellations. The operator will try to reschedule; if you can't reschedule, choose a future-trip voucher or full refund. No partial refunds for trips cut short due to weather. No refunds for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
