Know before you go
- Arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled tour for check-in, waivers, photos, and safety orientation
- Complete the required online waiver before the tour
- Ages 13+ to ride or drive alone
- Children ages 12 and under must ride with a driver age 18+
- A 13-year-old may be required to ride with an adult after a test ride
- Maximum combined rider weight is 400 pounds per Rydable
- A parent must sign waivers for minor participants
- Avoid alcohol before the tour; intoxicated participants may be refused
Cancellation Policy
Tours are nonrefundable. Reschedule free at least 48 hours before your tour. No-shows cannot reschedule or receive credit. Arriving more than 10 minutes late forfeits your tour without a refund or rescheduling option. In inclement weather, your tour time may shift by up to 3 hours.
FAQs
Each Rydable carries one adult, or one adult with a child age 12 or younger. When two riders share a Rydable, the driver must be age 18 or older.
Trip Protection lets you cancel or reschedule your Arlington Adventure Tour for any reason up to 30 minutes before departure. It reimburses each ticket amount minus the Trip Protection cost and processing fees.
