    Things to know

    Drivers must be at least 12; if two riders share a Rydable, the driver must be 18. Maximum two people and 400 pounds per Rydable. Closed-toe shoes and signed waivers are required; arrive 10–15 minutes early.

    Cancellation policy

    Cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled tour time for any reason. You may reschedule or receive a full refund. No refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled tour time. Tours proceed in light rain; in heavy rain or adverse weather, tours are canceled and you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
