Review summary

Cynthia and Ace clearly run something special here, with guides who know how to blend local history with paranormal investigation in a way that keeps both skeptics and believers engaged. Multiple reviewers mention learning surprising details about their own communities, even after living in the area for years. The tours cover different locations like Tarpon Springs and Safety Harbor, with participants regularly reporting actual paranormal experiences during their outings. Cynthia gets particular praise for her humor and "dad jokes," while Ace earns compliments for his authentic, unscripted presentation style and attentiveness to guests with mobility concerns. What stands out is how well-prepared and knowledgeable both guides are about local history. Reviewers appreciate the comfortable pacing and thorough approach, with tours often lasting longer than expected in the best way. The tours include hands-on ghost hunting elements toward the end, using equipment to detect activity. One practical note: consider booking during cooler months if heat bothers you, as the walking tours can get sticky in Florida's warmer seasons. Easy booking and parking add to the overall convenience.
