Important details
- Arrive ready to board 15 minutes before departure
- Bring a sweater, jacket, or windbreaker for cooler conditions on the water
- Outside alcohol is not permitted on board
- Use a credit card for onboard bar purchases
- Sailing requires at least six total passengers
- Bring a mask or personal protective equipment if required by the state at the time of your trip
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before departure for a full refund minus a 10% admin fee. No refund for cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows. If the ship does not sail due to inclement weather, you can reschedule or receive a full refund. Rescheduled trips are not eligible for cancellation.
FAQs
Your allocated yacht may change without notice, as two similar yachts are used in the fleet.
When And If has a restroom on board. Public restrooms are also available at the dock during extended business hours.
Crew gratuity is not automatically included. You can add it to your credit card or give it to the crew in cash after the sail.
