Meet in front of the Old Courthouse.

Tour begins with Storyteller / Guide leading guests through the historic district, highlighting 8+ haunted sites - imparting true ghost stories with most sites still paranormally active. Guests will be invited to try the EMF detector along the way.

Walk through the Graveyard with a storyteller regaling guests with tales of the local dead and graveyard lore.

Conclude the 1.75-hour storytelling walk back near the meeting area.

- Arrive 15 minutes before the tour starts
- An adult must accompany children under 18
- Bring a flashlight and wear comfortable shoes suited to the weather
- Expect the tour to proceed in rain; cancellations occur only when weather poses a public-safety hazard
- Remain on public streets and do not enter buildings or private property
- Do not record video or bring open alcoholic drinks on the tour
- Park in the public garage on Circle Avenue or use street parking; do not park in the Headquarters Live! lot
Cancellation Policy
Full refund when you cancel at least 48 hours before the tour starts. For reservations of 6 tickets or more, cancel at least 72 hours before the tour starts for a full refund. Reservations are transferable.

Bring a flashlight and wear comfortable walking shoes. Dress for the weather, and bring an umbrella if it looks like rain. You can also bring a camera and, in summer, consider insect repellent.
Yes. You still walk in the rain and only cancel when weather poses a hazard to public safety (such as cloud-to-ground lightning, hurricanes, floods, or ice/snow). In a heavy downpour, your guide may seek shelter and continue storytelling until it clears.
No. Use the restroom before the start of your tour; there are no restrooms available during the walk, and the guide cannot pause the tour for this.
