• All ages are welcome. Children ages 0–2 enter free.
• Bring valid ID for each senior, military, or student ticket.
• Foster children and educators receive free entry with state-issued identification or an ID badge.
• Pets are not allowed. Service animals with valid identification are permitted.
• Keep outside food and drinks out of the aquarium; you may consume them in the parking lot picnic area. Alcohol and glass containers are prohibited anywhere on the property.
• Do not smoke or vape inside the aquarium or within 100 feet of the facility.
• Follow posted rules and staff instructions, and keep your behavior family-friendly. Disruptive or offensive behavior is prohibited.
• Entry and participation mean accepting an agreement to hold the aquarium and its owners, operators, employees, and agents harmless and indemnify them against claims. Feeding or touching live animals carries risks, including serious injury or death.
• Keep photography and filming noncommercial, and do not livestream shows.
