Things to know
Bring a valid ID and a credit card for security at check-in. Children must be 1+ to ride in any bike or attachment, and riders 300 pounds and over cannot be accommodated. Bikes must be returned by closing time (Nov–Mar: 9 AM–5 PM; Apr–Oct: 9 AM–7 PM).
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of the rental, you will not receive a refund.
