Bookings are nonrefundable, including missed departures. Light rain does not cancel the tour. If the tour cannot operate due to weather, access restrictions, safety concerns or unmet minimums, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method. Changes require at least 24 hours' notice and availability. Rescheduling fees: over 72 hours, $10; 48–24 hours, 50%.
