Itinerary
We will meet in front of the Chit Chat Cafe at the Pier (MAKE SURE YOU FIND THE CHIT CHAT CAFE ON BEACH BLVD AS THERE ARE 2 CHIT CHAT CAFES IN PACIFICA). After waiting anywhere from 5-10 minutes assuming (not everyone has arrived on time) we will then make our way down onto the pier to find a suitable spot to setup for everyone. Once we go through a 30 minute introduction on the gear, our history, legal information, casting, reeling and general etiquette we will have 2.5 hours of pure crab fishing. Once the time has elapsed we will collect the gear and conclude the class. Any legal crab caught to be cooked you should refer to my website page (preparing crab and cooking section) regarding the cooking and disassembly of the crabs.

Important details
- Ages 8+ only; children must be accompanied by an adult
- Arrive 10–15 minutes early for the introduction
- Sign a liability waiver before participating
- Bring extra layers, chairs, snacks and drinks as needed
- Lost snares incur a $20 fee that is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before start for a full refund. Cancellations or rescheduling within 72 hours of the start time are subject to forfeiture of the deposit. Poor weather is not a reason for cancellation. Location changes or cancellations due to tides or wind are provided 24 hours ahead.

FAQs
Classes run in rain. Wind and tides can affect crabbing, and you may receive 24 hours' notice of a location change or cancellation due to those conditions.
Pets are discouraged on the pier because crabbing requires both hands.
Nonparticipants may join you on the public pier, but they cannot use the crabbing equipment for liability reasons.
