Bring a valid identification and credit card for security at check-in. Children must be 1 year or older to use any bike or attachments, and riders under 18 must have an adult present to sign the waiver. Riders 300 pounds and over cannot be accommodated due to manufacturer weight limits.
Cancellation Policy
Notify at least 24 hours in advance to cancel. Cancellations within 24 hours of the rental receive a full credit for the amount paid.
