• Drivers must be 21+ for GoCar Classic, ZeroMax, and GoBuggy; Slingshot drivers must be 25+
• GoCar passengers must be ages 4+; young children must safely fit a Department of Transportation-approved helmet
• Carry a valid driver's license and a major credit card in your physical possession
• Complete an online liability waiver and rental agreement on the rental date; Slingshot waivers are sent by Polaris Outfitters
• Expect a required security-deposit authorization on a credit or debit card; the amount depends on selected insurance
• Classic GoCar, ZeroMax, and Slingshot seat up to 2 people; GoBuggy seats up to 4 people
• Follow California road rules; GoCars cannot travel on freeways, bridges, sidewalks, or bike lanes
• Return before the location closes; additional time is charged in 15-minute increments, and late returns cost $1 per minute
