- Passengers must be 4+ in Classic, ZeroMax, and GoBuggy vehicles, and 8+ in E-SPORT vehicles
- Drivers need a valid driver's license in physical possession and a major credit card
- All riders must complete an online liability waiver and rental agreement on the rental date; Slingshot rentals use a Polaris Outfitters waiver
- A security-deposit authorization is required at rental; the amount varies based on selected coverage
- Drive only on permitted roads: freeways, bridges, sidewalks, and bike lanes are not allowed
- Return before closing; late returns are billed at $1 per minute
- Additional rental time is subject to availability and billed in 15-minute increments
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are not permitted. No-shows and late arrivals are charged the full booking amount. Tours may be rescheduled or refunded for severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
