Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your reservation date and pay a $25 administrative fee. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund. Same-day bookings are not eligible for any refund. Escape From Alcatraz packages are final sale and cannot be refunded.
