You must sign a liability waiver before riding; guests under 18 need a parent or legal guardian present to sign and accompany them at check-in. Bring a valid ID and a credit card for pickup. A credit card authorization is required, starting at $300 per surrey.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 72+ hours before your reservation for a full refund. Within 72 hours and no-shows are charged in full (non-refundable). If you change your reservation date, the new reservation is charged in full and is non-refundable. Bikes kept overnight are charged an overnight fee starting at $25 per bike.
