Full refund with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price of the reservation.
Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. If you miss your pickup’s departure time, the boat can’t return for you, and there are no refunds for missing the boat.
Pickup timing depends on your selected location: Postcard Inn departs 20 minutes before the set departure time, Sirata Beach Resort departs 15 minutes before, and Dolphin Beach Resort boards 10 minutes before.
