Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled rental time; late arrival can reduce your time on the dunes
- Bring a valid driver's license for the renter and every driver, plus the physical payment card used for the rental; the renter's card and license must match
- Drivers of 2-seat vehicles must be ages 16+ with a valid driver's license, and renters must be ages 18+
- Drivers and renters of the 4-seat KRX must be ages 21+ with a valid driver's license
- Complete a liability waiver for everyone in your party; a parent or guardian must sign for anyone under 18
- Watch the safety video and take part in the instructional tour before driving
- Bring required eye protection, such as sunglasses, glasses, goggles, or safety glasses
- A refundable damage-deposit hold is required on a physical card at arrival and is not included in the listed price: $750 for Dune Rover and KRX 2-seat vehicles or $1,000 for KRX 4-seat vehicles
- Children must be ages 2+ and use a forward-facing car seat; bring your own child safety or booster seat when required, and use the rear seat when available
- Keep everyone seated in a vehicle at the same time; no one may wait outside a vehicle to switch riders
- Dune Rover total passenger weight limit is 500 lbs, and car seats are not allowed
- Not recommended for pregnant women or anyone with neck or back issues
Cancellation Policy
Reservations are final. If it is raining at check-in and you choose not to ride, receive a 90% refund. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather.

Yes. You can borrow youth or adult helmets during your rental. You may be charged if helmets are not returned or are damaged.
To rent, you must be at least 18 with valid identification. To drive 2-seat vehicles (Dune Rover and Rover Max), you must be at least 16 with a valid driver’s license (no permits); drivers under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign. To drive 4-seat vehicles (Teryx and KRX), you must be at least 21 with a valid driver’s license. To ride, children must be at least 2 years old and in a forward-facing car seat (no rear-facing).
