Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure. Within 48 hours, late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable. Florida Resident Tickets are non-refundable. Full refund or rescheduling if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather. If minimum passenger numbers aren't met, reschedule or full refund.
