All guests must walk independently; no wheelchairs or mobility devices are permitted. Upper deck is for ages 13+; tickets are required for all ages. Only ADA-compliant service animals are allowed; no outside alcohol or smoking.

Cancellation policy
Refunds are not available for cancellations. You may reschedule if you notify at least 48 hours before departure; rescheduling is not allowed within 48 hours. There are no refunds or rebooking for late arrivals or no-shows. If the cruise is canceled due to unsafe seas or bad weather, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
