- Alcohol consumption is limited to travelers ages 21 and older
- Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are prohibited aboard
- Customary captain gratuity of 20%+ is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel free within 24 hours of booking. After that, cancel at least 14 days before departure for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days are not refundable. Major-holiday charters are nonrefundable after the first 24 hours. No refunds for bookings made within 24 hours of departure or no-shows.

Picnic and cocktail platters are available when ordered at least 72 hours in advance. Vegetarian, gluten-free, vegan, and allergy substitutions are available.
Children 12 and under must wear a properly sized life jacket while underway. Enter each child’s weight when booking so life jackets can be prepared, and accompany children to the restroom.
