- Remove shoes before boarding; shoes may be worn only for a medical reason
- Pets are not permitted aboard
- Boarding requires navigating dock steps and a narrow side deck; mobility devices cannot be accommodated aboard
- Children age 12 and under must wear a life jacket while underway and be accompanied by an adult to the restroom
- Alcohol consumption is limited to ages 21+
- Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are prohibited
- Bring sun protection, layers, and non-spray reef-safe sunblock; spray sunblock is not allowed aboard
- Expect the charter to operate in rain, fog, or uncomfortable temperatures unless the captain determines conditions are unsafe
- Customary captain gratuity of 20%+ is not included in the listed price
- Nonrefundable service fees for credit or debit card reservations are not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel free within 24 hours of booking. From then until 14 days before departure, receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days, no-shows, and major-holiday charters after the free-cancellation period are nonrefundable. Eligible refunds exclude booking fees and catering charges.
