Important details
- Remove your shoes before boarding
- Swimming from the yacht is not allowed
- Children age 12 and under must wear a provided life jacket while underway
- An adult must accompany children to the restroom
- Access requires boarding via dock steps and a narrow side deck with limited assistance; mobility devices cannot be accommodated
- Leave pets at home
- Do not bring spray sunblock aboard
- Ages 21+ only to consume alcohol; excessive intoxication may prevent boarding or end the charter
- Do not bring or use illegal drugs, including marijuana
- Customary captain gratuity is not included; 20%+ is suggested if you enjoyed your sail
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking. Until 14 days before departure, receive a 50% refund. Within 14 days, no refunds. Major-holiday charters are nonrefundable after the 24-hour period. No refunds for charters booked within 24 hours of start or no-shows.

Your sail operates in rain, fog, and nonhazardous temperatures. The captain determines whether sea or wind conditions are unsafe 1 hour before departure.
Bring layers, a hat, polarized sunglasses, a camera, and non-aerosol reef-safe sunblock. Warm blankets are available aboard.
