Itinerary
- 30-45 minutes prior to departure: Check-in at the O'Neill Yacht Charters harbor office located at 275 Lake Avenue, Santa Cruz, CA 95062. All passengers must check-in prior to boarding.
- 15 minutes prior to departure: Boarding begins at L Dock.
- 5 minutes prior to departure: Boarding closes. Please do not miss boarding, otherwise the charter will have to leave without you.
- Departure Time: Catamaran departs from the Santa Cruz Harbor promptly and begins scenic tour along the Santa Cruz coastline.
- Enjoy the cruise!
- 1 hour After Departure: Catamaran returns to L Dock at the conclusion of the charter.
Important details
- Complete a liability waiver for every passenger; parents or guardians must complete waivers for minors
- Children 12 and under must wear a provided life jacket throughout the sail and remain supervised by an adult
- Wear flat, non-scuff shoes; high heels and hard-soled boots are not permitted
- Do not bring alcohol aboard
- Bring a valid government-issued ID if you plan to purchase alcohol onboard
- Parking is not included. Visitor parking rates are $2 per hour or $20 per day and are subject to change
- Arrive 45 minutes before departure. Boarding closes 5 minutes before departure, and the catamaran cannot wait for late arrivals
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations 24–72 hours before departure may be rescheduled within the same season, subject to availability. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are not refunded or rescheduled. If the sail is canceled due to weather, low registration, or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund.
