Important details
- Arrive 15 minutes before your rental time; safety and operation training takes 20–30 minutes before launch
- Complete the digital waiver before arrival; each driver must sign one
- Primary renters must be age 30+ with a valid United States driver's license
- Drivers born after January 1, 1988 require Florida boat-rental certification before arrival
- Stay within Choctawhatchee Bay, from 1 mile east of the 331 Bridge to Crab Island; Gulf of Mexico travel is not allowed
- Expect a $35 fuel surcharge in addition to the listed price
- Late arrivals are subject to a $25 fee for every 30 minutes late, and lost rental time is not automatically extended
- A captain service, when available, adds a $200 service fee plus $50 per hour paid directly to the driver; tube rentals are not available with a captain
- Do not dive from the front of the boat because bay water is shallow
- Do not operate the boat after consuming alcohol
- A docking fee applies at Baytowne Wharf and is not included in the listed price
- Pets have a $35 additional fee, plus a $25–$50 cleaning fee if needed
- Fishing requires a Florida fishing license; bring your own fishing gear

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 1 month before Friday or Saturday reservations, or 2 weeks before Sunday through Thursday reservations, for a full refund. No refunds within these windows or for no-shows. If the operator cancels before departure due to unfavorable weather, choose a refund or reschedule. No refund for rain if you choose to go out.
