Important details

• Arrive 15 minutes early and allow 20–30 minutes for safety and operation training
• Sign the digital waiver before arrival; each boat driver needs a waiver
• Age 30+ and a valid United States driver's license are required to rent and drive
• Drivers born after January 1, 1988 require the Florida state-approved boat rental course
• Stay within Choctawhatchee Bay; the Gulf of Mexico is prohibited
• Do not travel farther east than 1 mile east of the 331 Bridge or farther west than Crab Island
• Do not dive from the front of the boat or go headfirst down the slide
• Do not operate the boat after consuming alcohol
• A $35 fuel surcharge applies in addition to the listed price
• Late returns incur a $50 fee for every 15 minutes
• If you need a driver, a $120 captain service fee applies in addition to the listed price; drivers charge $50 per hour directly and are subject to availability
