Important details
- Arrive 15 minutes early for required safety and operation training, which takes 20–30 minutes
- Primary renter must be age 30+ with a valid United States driver's license
- Drivers born after January 1, 1988 require Florida boat-rental certification
- Complete the digital waiver before arrival; each driver needs a waiver
- Stay within Choctawhatchee Bay, from 1 mile east of the 331 Bridge to Crab Island; the Gulf of Mexico is off-limits
- Do not dive from the front of the boat or go headfirst down the slide
- Alcohol is allowed onboard, but the driver cannot drink alcohol or operate while under the influence
- A $35 fuel surcharge applies and is not included in the listed price
- If you request a driver, a $200 captain service fee is added; the selected driver is paid directly at $50 per hour
- Late arrivals may incur fees up to $50 per 15 minutes, and lost rental time is not extended
- Late returns cost $50 per 15 minutes
- Pets incur a $35 fee, plus a $25–$50 cleaning fee if additional cleaning is needed
- A Florida fishing license is required for fishing
- A docking fee applies if you stop at Baytowne Wharf

Cancellation Policy
Cancel Friday or Saturday reservations at least 1 month before arrival for a full refund; cancel Sunday through Thursday reservations at least 2 weeks before arrival for a full refund. No refunds within these windows or for no-shows. A refund is available if the operator cancels due to weather.
