- Complete the digital waiver before arrival
- Primary renters must be ages 30+ with a valid United States driver's license
- Drivers born after January 1, 1988 require Florida boating certification before arrival
- Stay within Choctawhatchee Bay; travel is not permitted in the Gulf of Mexico
- A $35 fuel surcharge applies in addition to the listed price
- Late returns incur a $50 fee per 15 minutes
- Do not dive from the front of the boat or go headfirst down the slide
- Boat drivers cannot consume alcohol
- If you request a driver, a $120 captain service fee applies in addition to the listed price, plus $50 per hour paid directly to the driver
- Pets incur a $35 fee; additional cleaning fees of $25–$50 may apply

Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund by canceling at least 1 month before Friday or Saturday rentals, or at least 2 weeks before Sunday through Thursday rentals. No refunds within these windows or for no-shows. If the operator cancels due to unfavorable weather, choose a refund or reschedule.
