- Complete a digital liability waiver in advance; select activities require additional waivers
- Wear bare feet or clean socks only onboard
- Use lotion sunscreen only; spray sunscreen, oils, bronzers, and shimmer products are not permitted
- Bring no red wine or glass beer bottles onboard
- Sporting Clays participants cannot consume alcohol until shooting is complete and require advance notice
- Optional Aquabana and water-toy add-ons are not included: Aquabana $1,495, 2 Jet Skis $750, 2 SeaBobs $650, combo $1,299, or beach party package $2,495
- Optional Sporting Clays is not included and costs $300 per participant plus a $500 daily setup fee for up to 6 participants or $1,000 for more than 6
- Private-chef services start at $650 plus provisions; specialty ingredients and adult beverages are additional expenses

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 21+ days before your charter for a full refund. Cancel 14–21 days before for a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations within 14 days. Charters may be rescheduled at the operator's discretion when a Small Craft Advisory, tropical storm warning, named storm impact, or other unsafe condition occurs.

No. Gratuity for your Superstar charter is customary and discretionary; 15–20% of the charter price is typical.
Without a private chef, bottled water and Coca-Cola products are included. Adult beverages are additional. Alcohol is welcome onboard, but red wine and glass beer bottles are not permitted.
