- A U.S. Coast Guard-licensed captain is required; the primary charterer independently engages the captain
- Each adult needs a waiver before boarding; parents or guardians complete waivers for minors
- Fuel is included for coastal cruising; excess fuel charges apply above 10 gallons per hour
- Additional guests cost $100 each, capped at $400; the vessel allows up to 13 people
- Captain gratuity is not included; 15–20% of the charter price is typical
- Bring only lotion sunscreen; spray sunscreen, oils, bronzers, and shimmer products are not permitted
- Leave red wine and glass beer bottles ashore; wine and champagne are permitted

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation more than 5 days before departure. Within 5 days, charter fees are non-refundable. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, rescheduling is attempted first; if that is not mutually possible, charter fees paid to the vessel owner are refunded. If the vessel is unavailable, rescheduling is attempted first; otherwise, charter fees are fully refunded.
