Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 5 days before departure for a full refund. Within 5 days, charter fees are non-refundable. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, reschedule first; if that is not mutually possible, charter fees paid to the vessel owner are refunded.

For the charter period, the primary charterer assumes exclusive use, possession, and control of Memory Maker. Your captain and any crew are selected and engaged separately.
