Know before you go
- This is a bareboat charter; the primary charterer has exclusive possession and control of the vessel during the charter
- A US Coast Guard-licensed captain is required and contracted separately by the primary charterer
- Fuel is not included and is charged based on actual consumption
- Customary crew gratuity is not included; 15–20% of the charter price is typical and paid directly to the captain and crew
- Every adult must complete a waiver before boarding; a parent or guardian completes waivers for minors
- Bring your own food and beverages if desired, but no red wine or glass beer bottles
- Use lotion sunscreen only; no sprays, oils, bronzers, or shimmer products
- Go barefoot or wear clean socks only

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 5 days before departure for a full refund. Within 5 days, charter fees are non-refundable. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, rescheduling is attempted first; receive a refund if rescheduling is not mutually possible. Receive a full refund if the vessel is unavailable and cannot be rescheduled.

The primary charterer independently selects and engages a US Coast Guard-licensed captain. You may use your own qualified captain, subject to vessel-owner approval and insurance requirements, or select an independent insurance-approved captain from the provided roster.
If you are the primary charterer, complete the charter agreement and select your captain before arrival. Every adult must complete a waiver before boarding; a parent or guardian completes waivers for minors.
