- A U.S. Coast Guard-licensed captain is required for every charter and is contracted separately by the charterer
- Each adult must complete a waiver before boarding; a parent or guardian completes waivers for minors
- Fuel is not included in the listed price and is charged based on actual usage
- Captain and crew gratuity is not included; it is customary but discretionary, with 15–20% of the charter price typical
- Bring food and beverages if desired; red wine and glass beer bottles are not permitted
- Use lotion sunscreen only; spray sunscreen, oils, bronzers, and shimmer products are not permitted
- Go barefoot or wear clean socks onboard

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 5 days before departure for a full refund of charter fees paid to the vessel owner. Within 5 days, charter fees are non-refundable. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, rescheduling is attempted first; if not mutually possible, charter fees paid to the vessel owner are refunded. If the vessel is unavailable, rescheduling is attempted first; if not possible, charter fees paid are fully refunded.
FAQs
The primary charterer has exclusive use, possession, and control of Giddy Up during the charter. A U.S. Coast Guard-licensed captain is required and is independently selected and contracted by the primary charterer.
Bring food and beverages to personalize your charter. Red wine and glass beer bottles are not permitted; wine and champagne are permitted. Small soft coolers are recommended.
