Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 5 days before departure for a full refund of charter fees paid to the vessel owner. Within 5 days, charter fees are non-refundable. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, rescheduling is attempted; if not possible, charter fees paid to the vessel owner are refunded. Vessel unavailability follows the same reschedule/refund policy.
