Important details
- Ages 26+ only for renters
- Requires at least 2 years of experience operating a similar vessel within 10 feet of this boat’s size
- No marine losses within the last 10 years, driving or boating violations or suspensions within 5 years, or criminal convictions or no-contest pleas
- Bring a driver’s license or passport for check-in
- Requires a boater’s license for renters born after January 1, 1988
- All passengers must sign a release waiver
- Stay within the Intracoastal and Sarasota Bay area; Gulf of Mexico travel is not permitted
- Travel no farther north than the south end of Longboat Key or south than the Venice Jetties
- Accept responsibility for property damage and liability for injuries to you and your passengers
- Use onsite parking or free valet at Daiquiri Deck Restaurant; do not use the paid lot next door to CB's

Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 48 hours' notice of cancellation. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather. No-shows are charged the full price.
