Know before you go

• Renters must be at least 26 years old
• Have at least two years of experience operating similar vessels within 10 feet of this boat's size
• Meet the operator's boating history requirements, including no marine losses in 10 years or violations or suspensions in 5 years
• Have no criminal convictions or pleas of no contest
• Bring a driver's license for check-in
• Hold a Boater's License if born after January 1, 1988
• Have all passengers sign a release waiver at the store
• Stay within the Intracoastal and Sarasota Bay area; Gulf of Mexico travel is not permitted
• Do not travel north of the south end of Longboat Key or south of the Venice Jetties
• Accept responsibility for property damage and liability for injuries to yourself and passengers
