• Requires at least 2 years of experience operating a similar vessel within 10 feet of this boat
• Requires no marine losses in the past 10 years, no violations or suspensions in the past 5 years, and no criminal convictions or no-contest pleas
• Bring a valid driver’s license or passport at check-in
• A Boater’s License is required by law if you were born after January 1, 1988
• Everyone in your party must sign a release waiver
• Stay within the Intracoastal and Sarasota Bay area; Gulf of Mexico travel is not permitted
• Stay no farther north than the south end of Longboat Key or south than the Venice Jetties
