- Ages 26+ only to rent
- Requires at least 2 years of experience operating a similar vessel within 10 feet of this boat
- Requires no marine losses in the past 10 years, no violations or suspensions in the past 5 years, and no criminal convictions or no-contest pleas
- Bring a valid driver’s license or passport at check-in
- A Boater’s License is required by law if you were born after January 1, 1988
- Everyone in your party must sign a release waiver
- Stay within the Intracoastal and Sarasota Bay area; Gulf of Mexico travel is not permitted
- Stay no farther north than the south end of Longboat Key or south than the Venice Jetties
- You are responsible for property damage and injuries to you and your passengers

Full refund with 48 hours' cancellation notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather. No-shows are charged the full price.
