- Crew gratuity is not included; customary discretionary gratuity is typically 15–20% of the charter price
- All adult passengers require a waiver before boarding; parents or guardians complete waivers for minors
- Bring food and beverages if desired; red wine and glass beer bottles are not permitted
- Use lotion sunscreen only; spray sunscreen, oils, bronzers, and shimmer products are not permitted
- Wear bare feet or clean socks aboard
- Pickup is available in Sarasota or Anna Maria

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 5 days before departure for a full refund. Charter fees are non-refundable within 5 days of departure. If the independently selected captain cancels for unsafe weather, rescheduling is attempted first; if that is not mutually possible, charter fees are refunded.
