- Departures use Sarasota or Anna Maria pickup locations
- This is a bareboat charter; the primary charterer assumes control of the vessel and independently engages a USCG-licensed captain
- All adult participants require a waiver; parents or guardians complete waivers for minors
- Coastal cruising fuel is included; excess fuel charges apply above 10 gallons per hour
- Captain gratuity is not included; 15–20% of the charter price is customary and discretionary
- Bring food and beverages if desired, but no red wine or glass beer bottles
- Use lotion sunscreen only; sprays, oils, bronzers, and shimmer products are not permitted

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 5 days before departure for a full refund. Within 5 days, charter fees are non-refundable. If the independently selected captain cancels for unsafe weather, rescheduling is attempted first; if that is not mutually possible, charter fees paid to the vessel owner are refunded.
FAQs
Bring towels, swimsuits, sunglasses, hats, and a light jacket during cooler months. Small soft coolers are recommended.
Bring your own food and beverages if you like. Sandwiches, charcuterie boards, and fruit trays work well onboard. No red wine or glass beer bottles; avoid items that may stain the upholstery.
