- A US Coast Guard-licensed captain is separately selected and contracted by the primary charterer
- Adult passengers must complete a waiver before boarding; parents or guardians complete waivers for minors
- Fuel is not included and is charged based on actual usage
- Captain and crew gratuity is not included; 15–20% of the charter price is customary and paid directly to the captain and crew
- Bring food and beverages if you wish, but leave red wine and glass beer bottles behind
- Use lotion sunscreen only; spray sunscreen, oils, bronzers, and shimmer products are not permitted
- Wear bare feet or clean socks aboard

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 5 days before departure for a full refund. Within 5 days, charter fees are non-refundable. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, rescheduling is attempted; if not possible, charter fees are refunded. If the vessel is unavailable, rescheduling is attempted or charter fees are refunded.
